Honey
The North Eastern side of Gozo is characterised by unspoiled locations where wild herbs and trees are abundant. This honey derived from this area and its unmistakable taste is the result of the natural blend of these plants, in particular wild thyme, clover, citrus and carob blossoms. Our pure, raw honey is coming directly from the beekeeper’s
hive; it is unheated and unfiltered, this way all beneficial elements of natural honey, like pollen, antioxidants and vitamins are being kept intact. Raw honey will crystallise after a while, a natural process when
